traditionally royal colours –
burgundy and deep blue, it has
a vaulted ceiling and opulent
illuminators from Turkey

French pop artist Jean Levy’s mirrored cartoon characters alternate with mother of pearl panels from the Philippines in the dining room. Crystal, ceramic and coral objects from Prague pose like cover girls on the 1930s Art Deco mirrored wall cabinet. Recycled tree trunks provide reprieve to the two ton white marble and agate “Roses” dining table top, custom made by artisans from Rajasthan
